The Villa Simovic is a modern object with apartments, built in mountain style, which is specified for real vacation and enjoy for its guests. It is located in the residential and always sunny part of Zlatibor. The Villa is ca. 700 m far away from the centre of the settlement, enough for a pleasant walk.

Because of its environment and position it is the real place for Your vacation and Your recreation. It consists of 7 complete equipped, modern apartments with all contents, which belongs to it, necessary for a leisuraly accommodation and staying of guests.

In addition to the accomomodation in the apartments, a coffee bar is available for the guests of the villa with a summer garden in front of it for sitting and enjoying. There is a parking place for all guests. The Villa also has a big, covered with green grass backyard with interesting playyards for children, a summerhouse and a barbecue.
